Katie Rodriguez is an amazing agent!! She went above and beyond our expectations. My boyfriend and I are first time home buyers so at times we were lost, but Katie did an excellent job of walking us through the whole process. She is also knowledgeable on the builder side and became a great resource when looking at the quality of homes during the showings. Even though our work schedule proved to be an obstacle in the beginning of the process, it seemed as if it didn't phase her. Katie still kept us up to date with the homes we were interested in and replied back to our questions in a very timely matter. Highly recommend her as an agent! We have nothing bad to say about her.

Everyone at C. R Realty go far above and beyond to help their client! They have the best interest at heart and simply try their best to work with everyone!
From the sellers perspective, I am impressed with the frequent open houses and events that are completed in order to sell the client’s property. Also, the amount of marketing and advertising done for the client’s property to sell is beyond what any other firm out there will do!
