We’ve been renting through them since October now and if you need anything fixed don’t expect it in a timely matter at all. Our dishwasher broke twice within three days of being fixed and the office management is terrible to get ahold of in general. The apartments, while cheap, could still be better taken care of. I understand we don’t pay a lot but, that doesn’t mean we should have roaches the day we move in (and told “oh well don’t leave food out.”) or mice running around. I would consider somewhere else unless you absolutely need somewhere to be. We will not be resigning here.

Caring people that are always there to help. They are expected to pay the property owners on time and do require you to pay your rent on time. As long as you are not a free loader, you will have a great experience. I have 8 properties with CR Properties and Chris, Davida and Holly go out of there way to insure my renters are well taken care of.

If I could give a 0. I definitely would be better if it could give a -50. they are horrible don't care about their tenants won't come for days and days to fix anything sometimes not even at all have no concern for you or your well-being or what needs to be fixed or working in the property for you and your family. Saving money is more important to them and fixing things for you. These are new owners of this real estate not the same that owns CR properties.

I think Chris is an outstanding landlord. All issues were acted on promptly.
I wasn’t there except for a few months and all I have is positive things for him. He is very friendly and treats you like you are someone. Thank you Chris!!

The staff is kind and efficient, and have enjoyed working with them in completing our paperwork for the move in. The property shown is in excellent condition and is well kept. The home smelled clean and not just from cleaning agents, but from proper maintenance.

Do not rent from these people chris is an idiot he breaks the law from the fha fair housing act of 1988 and service animals laws he told me in my face he had a renter that had a service dog and charged the renter a pet deposit witch by federal law you cannot do and you canot deny esa animals either doesnt matter how many as long as its resonable cause there not pets their medical equipment. So therefor cannot charge pet deposit and esa are assistive witch is still a service animal and falls under the fha. And he will not get things done when called and if he does he will half ass it and make it dangerous for the renter or blame u for it being broken . but he needs to know the law

Property owners beware. Do not allow this agency to manage your property, unless you have nowhere to go but up. This agency used a legacy system of payment which created challenges for tenants. Move in and move out inspections were minimal at best, so the home was left in poor condition at our expense. The agency allowed tenants to install satellite and alarm hardware on our home and property without permission. A cipher lock was installed and the property manager could not provide details on who or when it was installed. Minimal resources were used to advertise the property. The property manager was not prepared to enforce the conditions of the lease(s).
