Just returned from the most amazing week at Chateau de Vaudezert. Karen our host prepared a stunning meal for us on our first evening and was alway available for help and advice throughout the stay.
The rooms are beautifully decorated and extremely comfortable with plenty of space for our group.
The grounds around the Chateau are tranquil, very old trees in the woods, the sound of birdsong everywhere you walk.
I can't praise this venue highly enough. If you are looking for a place to unwind and reset then this is for you.

We have just returned from a lovely fortnight in the beautifully located gatehouse. The house was superbly equipped and beautifully clean. The kids were delighted to have English TV and we all very much enjoyed having our own hot tub and use of the swimming pool, the gas BBQ was also fantastic!!! Karen and Wayne could not have been more accommodating and helpful. The provision of some arrival basics was really wonderful. Nothing was too much trouble! The setting is beautiful with cycle routes and walking nearby and a stones throw the the lovely towns of Bagnoles-de-l’Orne and Domfront. So many things to see and do we could easily go back as we simply didn’t have time to do it all. The château is stunning and all has been renovated to a high standard. Would thoroughly recommend.

All I can say is WOW. Karen and Wayne have a wonderful property and are fabulous hosts. The whole chateau is beautiful and well looked after, we arrived and were warmly greeted by Karen who showed us around the fantastic property. Everything was perfect and they made every effort to ensure that my mum’s wedding day was perfect. I would highly recommend staying here, and hope to be back in the future. I visited Chateau de Vaudezert on a yoga retreat with a group of friends. Karen is a thoughtful and wonderful host and the Chateau was the perfect setting for our retreat. The Chateau and its location were beautiful and I can’t wait to return!

Karen and Wayne came to our rescue after having to postpone our wedding when our previous venue were not able to accommodate our new date. Well they say every cloud has a silver lining, and it certainly does.
We pulled up to the château to meet Karen, and were blown away with how beautiful the château and grounds were. Once talking to Karen, and looking around inside, we knew Château De Vaudezert was the place for us.
From start to finish, nothing has been too much trouble for Karen and Wayne. We had around 20 guests staying with us at the château, and they too were blown away with the hospitality, professionalism, and attention to every detail Karen and Wayne put into making our special day perfect... and it was perfect.
The rooms are absolutely luxurious, the breakfast divine, and the pool and outdoor seating area gave us that extra feel of tranquility and calm; we were treated like royalty.

We had a lovely stay. Stayed at the guest house with 3 bed rooms and plenty of space. The Chateaux and surroundings were quite spectacular and service from the host was great.

Karen and Wayne what an amazing place you have. We had the pleasure of staying three nights at your chateau to celebrate the wedding of Sam and Lee.The settings was nothing short of spectacular with heated swimming pool to relax in.Firstly the chateau is incredibly beautiful and charming in every way inside and out.The bedrooms are spacious and tastefully furnished luxurious and very clean with a stunning view through the window.Karen and Wayne friendly and gracious hosts accommodating our every need.A fantastic breakfast and lovely massive table to sit at with other guests.Karen drove us to fetch pizza from the supermarket and then cooked them for us all what a lovely lady.Truly memorable time we had would definitely stay here again thank you.
